The Location: Inner Northern Suburbs, Victoria The Pay: $89,600 - $94,500 The Days: Monday to Friday Saturdays may be required as a last resort The Role: End-to-end cover for Property Managers on leave with full support Support Property Managers with complex and escalated scenarios that may take place within their portfolios Liaise with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure efficient property management Conduct routine, entry, and vacate inspections Oversee lease renewals, maintenance coordination, VCAT preparation and attendance Manage your workload using PropertyMe, Inspection Express About You: Experienced Property Manager with solid end-to-end knowledge Confident handling maintenance, leasing, arrears, and VCAT preparation Strong communicator who can build quick rapport with clients and teams Highly adaptable with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Agent’s Representative Certificate required The Opportunity: This role suits a Property Manager who loves the industry but wants more variety, balance, and flexibility in their day.
